New Release To The Raiser's Edge Luminate Online Integration Available

A new release to the Raiser's Edge Luminate Online (RELO) integration is now available to our hosted customers and available on the Download section of our website! Please note the version update to the Luminate Online plug-in for The Raiser's Edge to version 1.4.6144.1028 and Blackbaud Web Services to version 1.4.16301.1. With this release we've resolved defects affecting constituent update processing in the integration. Check out our Knowledgebase articles below for more details on each of these issues:

• Error: Failed: A duplicate phone number and phone type exits
• Error: There are no differences between the new constituent and the auto-matched constituent record
• Manual edits to RELO emails not retained in Raiser's Edge
