What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT for the Week of April 6

With this week's update of Raiser's Edge NXT, you have additional insight into how to reach your constituents — both online and "in real life" — as well as some minor security tweaks to help focus on only what matters to you.

 

View additional online presence and statuses. Under Constituent summary on a constituent's record, you can now view up to five websites or social media pages under Online presence — with those marked as primary first — and quickly view which are marked as primary or inactive. For any additional websites, such as a Tumblr or company blog, click and more. For more information, check out the Online Presence Help.



View additional contact information and Primary business status. Under Constituent summary on a constituent's record, you can also view up to two addresses, three phone numbers, and three email addresses, with those marked as preferred or primary first. For any additional contact information, such as seasonal addresses or previous phone numbers, you can now click and more. You can also now quickly view whether contact information is marked as primary business. For details, check out the Contact Information Help.



Proposals respect restricted campaigns and funds. To help ease proposal management, when you add a restricted campaign or fund to a proposal, you can now select only its associated campaigns or funds.



Action list security by constituent code, action type, and proposal. To help focus on only what matters to you, lists of actions — such as in Work Center or from a constituent's record — now display only tasks and interactions for the types of actions, the proposals they support, and the constituent codes of constituents you should view, based on your Security settings in the classic interface.
