What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT the week of April 20

With this week's update to Raiser's Edge NXT, you can enjoy new features and enhancements to help manage solicitor assignments and track solicitor activity in Work Center on your desktop or mobile device!

 

Edit solicitor assignments. To edit the details of a solicitor assignment — such as to adjust its date or reason — you can now click the solicitor's menu under Assigned solicitors on the constituent's record and select Edit relationship.





In a future release, you'll be able to reassign a constituent relationship to another solicitor, including any related actions and proposals!



Select whose Work Center to view. From Work Center, fundraising managers and other supervisors can view other solicitors' assigned constituents and related activity. To open someone else's Work Center, you now click Change solicitor and select whose portfolio and assignments to view. Previously, you just selected the solicitor from a menu.







Easily view Work Center lists on mobile devices. To easily view and manage your constituent porfolio and related activity while on the go, you can now simply swipe left or right to select a list in Work Center.



Quickly access the database view (fka classic interface). For clarity, you now click Open database view to quickly log into Citrix for the classic interface and its features. Previously, you clicked Go to The Raiser's Edge.
