To update these details for a constituent, simply select Edit, Personal info or Organization info under Constituent summary on their record.     Steve, Thank you for continuing to open up control in NXT.



    However, it seems now our users can update the Constituent ID. This is locked in the database view as our unique identifier for our constituents. Can you point me to how to lock this down in NXT?

    To follow up, constituent ID is view-only (again) for now. However, you can still edit an individual's demographic or biographical information as necessary. Thanks!

    Why would you allow users to edit/delete information if they were not allowed to do this in the database view? Can this be locked to the same rights they have in the database view?
