This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces an enhancement in Workflow designer. View constituents in workflows.

You can now view which constituents are in workflows. From Tools, Workflow designer, select a workflow. In the flyout, select Recipients to view a list of the workflow’s current and past constituents. You can also search for a specific constituent by name or ID and open their record.

Note: The list includes each constituent’s name, ID, and date they were added to the workflow.

    Will there be the option to remove someone if they are added to a workflow in error?

    Hi Dan - Great suggestion! I'm not sure where this feature is on the product roadmap, but I recommend you vote on the existing "Allow constituents to be removed or suppressed from an active NXT Workflow" idea in the idea bank to let our product management team know it's important for your organization.
