Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for May 20, 2025.

• New setting for Year-over-year fundraising tile
• Use Intelligent Ask to raise more with Standard Donation Forms (for those in Canada)
• Include inactive campaign, funds, and appeals in query criteria

New setting for Year-over-year fundraising tile

For the Year-over-year fundraising tile on the Home page, we added a new option where you can include revenue based on a specific Comparison and Summaries report. Previously, this tile only showed revenue generated through various campaigns, funds, and appeals you selected.



Tip: If you select to use a Comparison and Summaries report, the tile will display the current and previous year regardless of the time periods selected on the report. When you set up the report, on the Gift types tab, we recommend you select the same Gift types and settings for Period 1 and Period 2 to ensure a good comparison.



Use Intelligent Ask to raise more with Standard Donation Forms (for those in Canada)

To help you raise more, Intelligent Ask increases the average gift amount for your organization by presenting one-time gift amounts to anonymous donors. With Intelligent Ask, Blackbaud's data model adjusts the one-time gift amounts you configure on a Standard Donation Form to display the amounts a donor is most likely to give. By default, it is turned on when you create a form. To turn it off, create or edit a Standard Donation Form. Under Get started, Fundraising opportunities, select Intelligent Ask. Include inactive campaign, funds, and appeals in query criteria

When you edit query criteria, you can now include inactive records in your search for campaigns, funds, and appeals.



From the query editor, on the Criteria tab, select available campaign, funds, or appeals criteria fields. Under the search field, select Include inactive.
