As we've pivoted to better assist you during these trying times, we've also revamped and expanded our video selections.I hope you’re all doing well and continuing to stay safe as we navigate through this wild time. As you’ve all seen over the past weeks and months, we’ve continued to push information to you in an effort to better assist and ease the transition to remote learning. Links, help topics, guides, blogs, and more have hopefully provided some relief to you at some point during this crisis.


While we’re still 2 months in, I wanted to make it clear that we’re not satisfied or done with the things we've provided so far. We’re still continuing to create new content and will continue to do so for as long as we can.


This week, we’re talking videos. As many of you know, we have a dedicated channel on YouTube to assist with using the Education management products. We cover all kinds of topics from more high level overview topics to the more specific and detailed guides.


At the start of this global health crisis, we also quickly put together a Distance Learning playlist, intended to highlight topics which are likely now getting a lot more attention than they normally would have. We’re talking about Rubrics, how to work with Bulletin boards, Assignments, Assessments, scheduling, topics, and more. Check it out right here.


As I’ve hinted at above, we’re continuing to create new content for you to explore and utilize. The same can be said for out videos. Not only do we have a lot more video content on the way, but we’ve been going back to update some of our more legacy videos to reflect the current UI as well as styles. Just recently, three new videos were re-added including a Guide to using Topics and both Committee Review videos for administrators and those doing the reviewing.

 

Videos are not the only area we’ve been working on, however. We also have something new in the works that we’re excited to share with you in regards to our release letters. Unfortunately, I can’t go into that today but soon, I promise.
