I love the abilty to have our colors handy in the system. We are always mindful as to who our messages should be from so that is ok as I only have to change out the front of email address in our drafts.

We don't currently use the email tool but I would like to see if we can start implementing it. Defaults are easy to set once I found how to get to them!

Love that org branding is included in the default settings!

It's very handy to be able to set the default colours - I don't have to go looking for the brand guidelines to find out the code for it once it's done once.

I feel like the default settings hit most of, if not all of, the main defaults we currently use in our current email communications! It will be nice to set those up to be defaulted going forward!

I like having the organization colors in the defaults. Our donor officers are already putting this to good use.

I'll second what I'm hearing from others, the default colour set up. But really, I just like that it's all contained in one area, so you can go in, do it all, and it's done!

Default settings are great! Sometimes they auto-populate if I am sending at test email. This happens if I click on an email address that populates from sending previous test emails. It would be great the defaults didn't change when doing that.

We really only use NXT email for smaller event invitations so having default settings is great as it typically is always from our Alumni Relations email.

I like having everything right there in one place. I really appreciate the default colors and font. It would be nice if we could add additional colors, though.

I was able to set my default colors, name, address, sender, etc., but did not see a place to add a logo in those settings?

I have been using the Email feature on a regular basis, especially, monthly e-newsletters to our constituents. A on-time default setting of our logo, our brand colors, etc., saves a lot of time.

It's nice to have the hex codes for the colors saved somewhere so I don't have to keep looking for them each time I build an email. Consistency in branding is incredibly important. Having the other defaults automatically populate is also a nice time-save.

It's so nice to store the default emails and colors. I have to look up the hex code every time so it's nice to have that saved.

Setting the defaults up is easy and makes setting up multiple emails for different appeals easy and quick. Keeps our emails looking professional and easy to distinguish.

We don't use the email tool in RE, as we've been Constant Contact partners for over a decade; however, I am curious when that integration will be ready to use!

Very cool that you can set the colors as I go around and have to edit all of the time and it is time consuming and sometimes i forget and things are off. Definitely a step up from what we have been doing

Currently, we do not use the email tool in RE, but we did recently switch from MailChimp to ConstantContact, so there's been a lot of interest in the integration! I think this will be a very useful tool for us for a few of our mailing lists, and I'm excited to learn more about it!

I really like the defaults, especially the colors and from sender. However, it wasn't intuitive to find where the defaults were and took me a long time to find them.

It was easy to change our address when we moved to a different office

I had some of the defaults done but i like that we can have the logo colors ready
