How can I get a dedicated demo/test environment for my organization (not SKY Developer Cohort)?

Hi Everybody!

I’m currently working with a demo environment that is not owned or managed by my organization, and I would like to set up my own dedicated demo/test environment for our use.

At the moment, I have access to a demo site (for example: 32158.myschooldemo.com/app?svcid=edu#login), which appears to be linked to the SKY Developer Cohort. However, this environment is not under our organization’s control.

In my Blackbaud profile, I can see two organizations:

• Bullfrog Technologies (our organization)
• SKY Developer Cohort

On the main dashboard, only one organization is shown, but through the Dashboard, I can access the SKY Developer Cohort, which redirects me to the demo environment mentioned above.

What I’m trying to achieve is:

• Get my own demo/test environment for Bullfrog Technologies
• Have full control over configuration, users, and data
• Avoid dependency on shared/demo cohort environments

Could someone please guide me on:

1. How to request or provision a demo/test environment for my organization?
2. Whether this requires contacting Blackbaud support or going through a specific program?
3. Any prerequisites (subscriptions, approvals, etc.) needed to set this up?
