Gifts processed directly in RENXT show as 0.00 amounts when using the Mail function in RE

Any gifts processed through NXT are showing as -0- amounts when pulling the gift for a receipt letter from the Database view. Anyone else having this issue?

    I just ran letters through Mail for gifts processed in NXT and they were fine.  There were no issues with the gift amount.

    Maybe the receipt amounts are set to 0?

    Well, I'm not sure why this isn't working for us. The receipt amount is not set to -0-. I may have to open a support ticket to help me identify the issue. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having issues. Just for clarification I'm talking about credit card gifts that were added and processed with BBMS through the NXT portal. Thank you everyone for testing. :)

    This may sound stupid and I apologize in advance if it does, but did you make sure that you posted the batches associated with those gifts?  Although the credit card is automatically charged by BBMS, the gifts are NOT automatically posted by NXT. Instead, batches are created that need to be approved/posted.

    No stupid questions! LoL These gifts weren't entered as batches, and when I go to Fundraising/Gift Management there are no batches to approve. These are gifts that I processed from the Home page in the NXT view, using the Tools "Add Gift". The gift automatically shows up on the gift tab of the record and is processed in real time by BBMS. It's a mystery!

    UPDATE: I opened a chat and there is an issue with gifts processed directly in NXT and how the Mail Merge function pulls the gift amounts into the document. There is further research happening! I will update this once I get a resolution. Again, these are gifts that are created using the "new gift" function from the Home page in NXT view. Have a great day everyone!
