Can you 'reactivate' an event?

I would like to close registration for an event for a period of time, but re-open it.  Once you deactivate an event, can you 'reactivate' it?  I want to reserve spots for leadership and give them an opportunity to register for an event, but there are only a few spots left and I want to close registration and only open back up briefly for them to register.

    Hi Gregory Bernard‍ - It honestly might be easier for you to handle any additional registrations on the back-end.  If you were to re-open a closed form on a public facing web page anyone would be able to register through the form.

    Thank you Austen - I figured that to be the case, but wasn't sure if I pressed the 'deactivate' button if it would impact pending registrations (or commerce).  Manipulating the ticket limit is another option I entertained as well.
