When a contact doesn't register as an organization

We have recently begun using OLX for event registrations.  On occasion, a contact will register for an event and not register on behalf of an organization.  The gift is from their organization, but they are using their company credit card and assume they should register as an individual instead of an organization.  When I try to download the registration from OLX, I do not have the option to link it to an organization.  How do I work around this or what am I missing?  Thank you!

    Hi Rachel Gudeman‍. OLX doesn't have a mechanism in the plugin (where you process event registration transactions) to force a registration to be processed as though the registrant chose "on behalf of an organization" if they didn't actually choose this option. You'd have to handle creating the org constituent record (if it didn't already exist) and associating the org record with the registration manually in RE after you've processed the gift out of OLX.
