Running a Student list - classification

I have been back and forth with support about running a list of withdrawn students; I am not getting accurate data. She had me run and Advanced List to get what I needed, which has other issues. (This list shows all WDs, but it shows one twice with two different WD dates and it shows one current student and with a WD date???) Anyway, the bottom line is I don’t understand why I cannot run a "simple" list (in either Academics or Core) using the filter “classification” and have the correct data populate. No matter how I run it just one student shows.

And this is not just for withdraws; if I put “First Year” as the classification only seven students (of over 80 populate). It is a filter option in Lists and all students have a classification so something is not working correctly.

This is more a post for the higher ups to take a look at this, please. (Support has been helpful to a degree. Their solution of running an Advanced List gave me all the withdrawn students that I knew were there, but it also gave me some incorrect information, which is concerning. And, again, why would I have to go to Advanced Lists for this information??)

Thanks for sharing these details. As a rule Support is your best path to quick resolution on issues like this, but I'll be happy to see what we can see from this end as well. We certainly appreciate how important having access to the right data is and want to make sure we know why you're not seeing that.

Thanks, Tim. Support's solution (of running the Advanced List) led to more issues/questions/concerns, but I will continue to work with them on this.
