How can I create and event registration form that allows for both ticket prices and FREE tickets.  For example.  Adults are $20 to attend but children 12 and under are FREE.  Is there a way to do this in the DIY forms and get it all on ONE form.  Help!

    Since the paid tickets are just User Defined Fields, I would suggest creating the same kind of UDF for the free tickets and put them on the form as well. They won't be able to be with the paid tickets, but would be more of an additional question on the form where they indicate how many children's tickets they need. Of course, you'll want to be clear about the language on the form so people know that the kid's tickets are further down the page. And, no one would be able to purchase ONLY free tickets since it is a payment form but since they are child's tickets I would guess most if not everyone would also be purchasing adult tickets. If someone wanted only the free tickets they would need to contact you directly and be added manually into eTapestry.


    The other option would be to use eCart rather than DIY for this event if you have that as part of your subscription. Cart does allow for free items.
