Top part of transcripts cut off

Is anyone else having an issue with transcripts cutting off the top portion including student name, logo, etc. Yesterday, if I pulled the transcript 3 or 4 times for each student, the top part would finally appear, but today, not at all.

Yes, same issue!! The header, logo, etc sections cut off and all pages of transcript. I will be reaching out to support

Thank you, I was wondering if it was just us. Someone in our IT department tried unchecking the box for "repeat first row on all pages" under "design form" when editing transcript template. Oddly, this seems to have worked. Not sure why this worked or why this is suddenly an issue, but let me know if this works for you. Blackbaud support is overloaded today & chat is shut down completely.

We are having the same problem...I put in a case a week ago. This is a known problem and support told me it was marked critical - 30-60 day until hotfix, hopefully sooner. Unchecking the box to repeat on other pages has return a header on first page periodically. When we have issues with header we check, save, uncheck, save and then it works again. Very frustrating especially when seniors need for colleges, busy time of year for transcripts and they are broke -UGH

Thank you for the information, Kathy! Yes, definitely bad timing, but as you said, hoping they are working on this with urgency.
