Donor Mailing Address pass-through

We want to see a donor's mailing address, but don't want to add it separately to the donation form, as it is already required as part of a credit card transaction. The address can be seen in BBMS> Transaction search> details> but isn't passed through to Raiser's Edge. Option 1) Pass the address through the credit card validation process to RE; Option 2) Remove it from the credit card validation process and add it back higher up the form; Option 3) ???

    Hi Darrel Giesbrecht‍ - I am confused by your question.  Are you using OLX or another product to process donations?  Within OLX it is not possible to remove the billing/mailing address from the form, and that information is entered into RE during the gift download process.

    We are moving to OLX from NetCommunity; all transactions processed through BBMS. I was not aware that the credit card billing address was carried through to RE. I know that it can be seen in BBMS. Where does it show up in RE?

    Click here to view one of my org's OLX forms.  The address provided under the section "My Information" functions as both the mailing/billing address for the constituent.  When your data entry person is downloading gifts from the OLX plug-in, they will be able to view the data provided by the donor and accept/reject it from being add onto the constituent's record.
