Entering program registrations for events that have already passed

Hello! We just went live with Altru, and we have a program event from earlier this year that we want to capture in Altru. We tried to go into the constituent record for those who attended, and add a payment for the program registration, but were unable to do so. Is there another way to indicate that they attended an event that already happened? Has anyone ever needed to do that before?

  • If you go to Advance Sales, you can check Show past events to add registration to an event that has passed.  Make sure you select a date range that would include the event.

    My organization used Attributes to indicate if someone attended a past event. We set up the category as Public Programs and then batch entered attendees. We made the comment the specific name of the event.
