Sending reminders to multiple affiliations at the same time

I have a scenario where I need to schedule reminders to be sent to multiple affiliations of the Request and I don't see any options in the Reminder module to set this up.

I would like to modify reminders in a way that other people than Request Primary can receive notifications.

For example, the notification goes to Primary Contact, Financial Contact, Project Manager, etc at the same time.

    Hi, 

    Within the reminder module (Dashboard-->Launch--> Reminders and then Add Reminder in the top right hand corner) there is a section at the bottom called Recipients. On the right hand side of this section you can choose multiple contacts (Request contact, Activity contact and Payment contact). You can choose to have these folks added as the To, CC or BCC. In addition, it's possible to add more people in the  Additional Recipients section using the blue  Add link located under the box.  For you, the Payment contact would equal the Financial contact, and the Activity contact would equal the Project Manager. 

    If you have really specific people varying by requirement type or activity type you can create unique reminders for the various situations. 


    We have lots of client who are using the reminders in tons of different ways. I would love to hear more about what other folks are doing with their reminders to help streamline and simplify their grantmaking process.

    Thanks for your reply. This doesn't work for me as I would like to choose any role I want. 

    In "Add Recipient" field, I have to enter actual emails and I cannot choose any roles. Adding an email here will cause the email-holderto receive reminders on every request, even the requests they are not affiliated with. The Request contact, Activity contact and Payment contact are the only ones that are available to be used. I tried your suggestion too and only the primary contact got the email. Thanks though ?

    Maybe there is no way to do this ?
