POSTConstit Solicit Code is not working

That is the Communication Preference (Beta) url for POST

PATCH and GET (Single Constit) both work

POST returns 404 in the test environment

Hi,

Did this get resolved for you? If not, I might be able to help -- I POSTed a batch of solicit codes the other day using a Python script and had no issues.

This endpoint works fine, we are using it...
https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/constituent/v1/communicationpreferences

but this endpoint, which is the one they suggest you use because the 1st will be deprecated, does not
https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/commpref/v1/constituentsolicitcodes

It does not even work in their API playground

The commpref is the one I used and I just used it in the API playground and it worked. Can I see the JSON you're using for the POST?

I think you need to add the timezone at the end of your dates (e.g. "-5:00" for EST).

You're right, and I figured that out along the way because I am formatting my dates correctly in code, but lost that formatting when using the tester (assumed their sample call was correct)
