Financial Aid Awards Notification

This is our first year with Enrollment Management. Is there a way for families to see their financial aid decision when we publish it?  Or am I missing something with accepted families being able to see their contracts? Right now we can't figure out a way for families to see in one place the tuition, fees, aid, and the net tuition and fees, unless they accept our offer and access the contract.  With everything this software does, it seems like accepted families should be able to see wha they will be paying, but I can't figure it out.  We use FACTS for financial aid processing, and their award notifications do not include tuition or net tuition either.  Thanks for any guidance to the obvious thing I'm missing or workarounds if the software can't do it.  Be well!

    Hi Maggie, for your newly accepted families, you can communicate the award via the online decision (it's a placeholder for the decision text) , an official note, or a push page. The contract is really the place for users to see all of their specific tuition information as we calculate the tuition at the time the contract is generated. However, there would be nothing stopping you from also including general tuition and fees information as part of the published decision communication.
