Looking to Connect with Successful/Experienced DBA on Recurring Issues/Complexities

Good afternoon fellow DBAs,


I'm looking to connect with experienced DBAs who have had success implementing RE7 and RENXT.  My experience has been extremely fraught.  In order to help rescue the CRM transition, I'm attempting to connect with anyone who would be generous enough to conduct a 30 minutes phone call, to share their experiences.


Background:
  • I am a former Salesforce DBA, but have also worked in Advance, NeonCRM and MiMs
  • I am the sole person at my org working on CRM design, implementation and administration
  • We are a national nonprofit with program officers and AOs who are looking for insight
  • I have been using the KB and Chat support but I have found incorrect data in both cases
  • It seems pulling reports or uploading data/updating data seems exceptionally convoluted, leading me to believe I am doing something wrong
