Does anyone know if there is a way to exclude phone numbers that are marked 'do not call' from a NXT list export?  Just by chance I found some, and when going back in to their record sure enough there's ?. I'd run the list from a query in the database view, but the database is currently down.

    I think it depends on exactly how you handle these in NXT, but if we're not supposed to call someone, we add a solicit code to the record for "do not call."  Then I can exclude them from my list by going to Marketing and selecting to exclude everyone with that solicit code.

    Good idea Laura. Unfortunately, we have not consistently used solicit codes in that manner. We mark the phone number only.

    Perhaps once you access the DB view, you can create a query of any record with the phone # marked accordingly, then globally add the solicit code of "do not call".  I'm not sure if the sign by the phone # is a descriptor in the query options, but it could be worth a shot.

    I'd run this query and then using an export produce an excel list and I would have the no phone or do not call be one of the fields in the list. Then you can sort by that field in excel, and eliminate those individuals or families. Or move them to a separate page. We have no phone, no email, no communication and do not solicit as solicit codes but I find you cannot trust RE to actually banish these folks even if you say "is not one of!" I also use one or two people I know to have the code I am looking for as a test and if they show up in the list, that I know that I need to exclude them in the excel report. Hope this helps.
