Incoming Student & Parent Communication- How do you communicate in the portal &/or website?
Hello,
Each year we find it difficult finding a place to communicate with incoming students and parents since they do not have access to resource boards until
they are a "student" and/or "parent role".
Where do you house your new family information within your portal?
This idea in the Ideas Bank hasn't seen much movement

Add Parent of Incoming Student as an option to publish Resource Board Posts to.

When we make candidates incoming students and the parents of parent of incoming student, they do see our resource boards. I am not sure if there is a specific setting to change but for us, they do get to those resource board pages.1

our Parent of Incoming Student role and the task for Resource
Boards is checked. I've reached out to BBK12 to see why it is not
working for us.
