Unsubscribe function

We have two academicworks platforms, with a newer one for our prospective students.  Is there a way to unsubscribe them from communications, after they have been declined?


Got a very angry email from a student who received the "new opportunities" email after they were declined!


I'd also like it on our platform for new and continuing students, as we import the email account-among many other automatch fields-for all of our undergrads, and we've had requests to remove them. :/

    Hi Tamara,

    You can use your import file to mark students as "inactive". The system will not send any emails to the students who have been designated as "inactive". You can find more information about this feature under the "Inactive applicants" section in this article. Let us know if you have any questions on that!
