Award Notification Acceptance

Thank you for your question. I am the product manager for Blackbaud Financial Aid Management (SmartAid). As of now, we do not have a feature in the school facing application that notifies school users if a family has chosen to accept the award. If you are a school that also uses our Smart Tuition product, you can send the award directly to the student's account in Smart Tuition through our Sent to Smart feature. You can learn more about that feature using one of our online resources below. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
