It would be helpful if the committee review information could still be seen and reported on even after the candidate changes to "in-coming". We are using the committee review to recommend what classes students should take, so the registrar needs to be able to see the recommendations even after the candidate has moved to the "in-coming student" status.

    Hi Meg, users can still see the reviews for students who are no longer candidates as long as you leave them on the committee. They may need to switch between entering years to see their reviews.  For anyone who is an admissions manager, they can also see past reviews by changing the year filter on the list.
