  • I have downloaded and installed the utility. I am not able to get it to accept my BB ID (I am using the email in my BB profile) and/or my password.  I use Google so I am inputting that password.

    Is there some basic mistake I am making? I did review the KB, and all it notes is that I can use Google. Is there something else I should be using as my BB ID?

  • Curious if anyone has run the membership extension utility on a Mac?  I am getting an error and just chatted with support and they said it doesn't work on a Mac, but I don't see any mention of that in the KB article or other documentation.  Just wondering if I am the only one running Altru on a Mac or if others have had issues as well.  Thanks.
