BBCRM LO Sync Integration Solution

I'm looking to connect with Educational institutions who are using the LO<>CRM integration solution to sync data between CRM and Luminate Online.  I'd like assistance with some of the challenges we are experiencing with this solution.  The challenges range from establishing best practices for name changes to the responsibility for the day to day maintenance of the batches, sync messages and duplicate LO lookup up id's.


I'd also appreciate feedback on the LO-CRM Integration Solution - Constituent Merges process.  Who has implemented this tool?  What improvements, if any, were required to the tool? What time is required to manage this tool?


The management of the sync is very time consuming so I'm looking for efficiencies to steamline the workflow.  Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
