NXT Donation Form Designer
Hello! I have made an donation form on NXT with the Donation Form Designer for our upcoming Gala. I am wondering how the future ticket and sponsorship purchases will be linked to the constituent records, both existing and potential new constituents. Will I have to link them manually like RE Online Express donations? Could they be linked automatically? We have used RE's Online Express to create events in the past but are wondering if NXT will be a better option to create this new event.

Daniel Garcia, the new forms do have auto-matching criteria so all transactions are automatically placed into a batch within NXT's Gift Management area.
One thing to be careful of here is that if a constituent uses a different email address or puts in slightly different information than you have in RE it will automatically create a new constituent record. I know that what is suggested is that you then review your duplicates with their new duplicate management system so the registration or gift can be moved to the appropriate record. So I would just think about where you want to spend your time, on the front end matching/creating (OLX) or on the back end cleaning up potential duplicates created (NXT Forms).
