Large Volume of Unresolved Orders

Almost every order submitted online is ending up in unresolved orders. All types of orders, including program events, memberships, etc. Are any other users out there having this problem?

  • No, we rarely have unresolved orders.
  • We get them every now and then but it is usually when the customers haven't completed all the required information for the order.  It will process the order but it will not finish the order and pops it over to the unresolved area.  We, then, have to go in and update the order to finish it.
  • Altru has a case open for us regarding this issue. It has been open since this post was created several months back. If I ever get a resolution, I will share here for other users who may run into this problem.
