Nurse's office reporting

I just posted an idea for nurse's office reporting.  I have a need to report statistics to administration and it is very frustrating to input information into a system and then not be able to extrapolate data to provide a report.

School nurses have access to a feature called "work lists" which are similar to reports and may fill this need.
    1. Sign in as a nurse.

    2. Go to the Nurse's Office.

    3. Under Administrative tasks, select Manage medical lists.

Each nurse can can determine whether other users with the nurse role can view the lists they create.

There is also a tile that shows information about "Frequent visitors" to in the Nurse's Office.

Because medical data needs to be HIPAA and FERPA complaint, only users with the nurse role can view most medical data.

Nurse and parents can determine which faculty can view specific data for individual students (for example informing most faculty about a student's a peanut allergy and athletic clearance, but perhaps only disclosing the student's mental health condition to a couple members of the faculty).

For some ideas, additionally details may help. For example:
    • What sort of statistics do you need to share with administrators?
    • What would the administrators use the statistics to do?
    • Do any of those administrators have the nurse role?
