RENXT-I-166 Allow lists to run off of dynamic queries

The RE NXT product manager has merged similar ideas and their votes into this one: RENXT-I-166 Allow lists to run off of dynamic queries. Voting is open and it now has 604 votes! This would be so helpful if/when implemented! We have so many critical dynamic queries our gift officers need to guide their work while on the phone and the road... yet they are still confined to using the database view in spite of wanting to start using the web-view more/exclusively.
