Unassigned Solicitors in Work Center Porfolio view

I'm new to NXT, so this is a pretty basic question.


How do I set up the Work Center Porfolio view so I'm not seeing unassigned solicitors under "Assigned to"?   


To unassign solicitors, we don't use a different Solicictor Type - we just put an end date in the "Date To" field.

    Deborah Drucker‍, putting an end date should remove a constituent from the Portfolio list in the Work Center area, as long as the end date is not the current date since that would read as the constituent still being assigned until the end of the day. If you are experiencing something different I would reach out to support.
