Google Search Embed on Blackbaud site

Hi - has anyone replaced the Blackbaud search feature with a Google Search bar embedded on their site? I continue to struggle with the onMessage search functionality. It comes up short so often. Thanks -

    I searched the Blackbaud Community and found this forum that has a similar question.  If you are still interested in finding someone to bounce ideas around with, you can reply to the forum to see if the members have learned something new since their original posting.
