Alert when second gift is made
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to build a system in NXT that will alert a staff member when a second gift is made for first-time donors? We would like to send them extra stewardship items in order to encourage donors to give again. Any ideas?

Hi,
You could do that with SmartSYNC or using SKY API. You would query for new gifts, they for each person check how many gifts they have - if two then email the fundraiser associated with the gift. You can do this using our UI in SmartSYNC or you could code up a SKY API based script to do it fairly easily. Just personal message me if you want to find out more.

You could try creating a user defined business rule in database view. You can construct the pop up message and build a query based on those who will be giving their second gift.
