Electronic Submission Form

I have a quick question about electronic submission forms. Is there a way to create a form that the students can navigate to when they need it, fill out, and submit online. We would not want to assign them to the students and have to manage it that way. Examples would be a Disciplinary Action Appeal Form, Leave Request Form, Parking Form and other general forms that the student wouldn't fill out unless they want/need to do so. Can anyone guide me as to how to get started with something like this?

    I've used custom forms before. They post to the website but you can also pull them to a resource board tile on the back end. (forms list) You can't collect payment or any information that should be secure, but for general information it works.

    Thanks for replying! Found it and that will work. I agree, we don't want to collect payment through the forms.
