Adding an email has been sent in NXT to the appeals tab

In OLX I could add that an email had been sent on each constituients record. 

I have sent out an email in NXT but can't see on the constitient's record anywhere that this correspondence has been sent, and no button to click to 'add to record'. Does anyone know??

    Our NetC emails appear on the NetCommunty tab of the record > Email/Newsletters. Shows if opened, links clicked etc.

    As of right now, the emails sent through NXT do not show on a constituent record as an appeal or an action and there is no way to do it through NXT.  You can, however, create a list from those who recieved/opened/clicked, save it as a static query to database view and use the query to globally add the appeal record.
