Has anyone seen documentation around using assignments with the new look?

    Can you clarify what "new look" you mean?  We're fairly new to the LMS - launched it with teachers last spring and students a few days ago.

    Documentation on these new features in assignments would be helpful.  


    Also when I am using the new "assignments" screen and change my filter for viewing assignments it doesn't seem to stick past the current login / use.  When I return after logging out even if in the same browser the previous filter selection doesn't stick and needs to be re-selected each time.  I thought I remembered seeing / hearing that these choices would be saved or cached and when you return each time the filter would be the same and not have to be reset each time.    I get this same result when using Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.  


    Is there a security setting we need to adjust in our browsers?

    I was told that the Assignment View settings only are saved if you don't close the browser or tab. They should be saved if you have to log in again, as long as you don't close the browser. So far that seems to be working for me.

    There have been a ton of problems with the rollout of the Assignment Center upgrade, which is really frustrating, especially as it came out right at the beginning of school. I have spent many hours in the past week collecting issues from our teachers and submitting tickets... some tasks seem to work from the Assignment Center but not from individual class Assignment tabs. Some items (links/attachments) can only be edited/removed from an assignment if you go into it from the Gradebook (which doesn't work for assignments that are not added to the gradebook).

    Blackbaud rarely provides any sort of documentation for updates. I spend hours playing around to figure out how they work and find all the bugs (hopefully) before our teachers discover them. Usually when I reach out to support, they make it seem like it's the first time they've heard about the issue. I have a number of open tickets and some very annoyed teachers. I also reached out to support about the "sticky" filter view and was told that it will only stick if the browser tab isn't closed. This is definitely not how the update was advertised and has our teachers frustrated. We are constantly telling them to close open browser tabs when they're in their online classes to make things run more smoothly and to help them manage everything. This means they're closing/opening the LMS 15-20 times a day and have to reset the filters every time.
