Has anyone gone from TADS to Enrollment Management?

Hi there:


We currently use TADS for applications and enrollment but we'd like to look into Enrollment Management and start consolidating more of our records.


Has anyone made the switch from TADS to EM? What was your experience? Do you prefer one system over the other?

    This may not be helpful, but we went from a paper application to Enrollment Management. We still maintain a paper copy of all application materials so when I print out the EM application, it prints very ":linear". Meaning, it doesn't put addresses, etc. in a block grouping, so it isn't as easy to read as I would like. I added an idea in the bank a year or so ago. Hopefully they will improve that.

    Also, when we get an application, I need to "re-format" phone numbers, or addresses as needed. 

    I LOVE the teacher recommendation forms. They are so easy for teacher to use! The teacher receives an email link and fill out the rec and send back to us. Nothing for the teacher to print and upload. That is huge.

    I know you were asking a specific question about TADS but I thought I would put my 2 cents in.

    Thanks, Coco. That really helps. I need to go through the videos and features to get a better sense of what you're saying.


    I'd still like a TADS/EM comparison from someone who has made the switch.
