Hello,


We have an artist talk series that we have packaged together to make it easier to purchase online. Unfortunately, after the first artist talk was over, the package is not active anymore and will not allow anyone to purchase the dates that are available. Guests can still purchase the remaining artist talks individually, but it's a tedious process and we were hoping that packaging the talks together would help solve this problem. I have tried removing the package and creating a new one, but it's telling me since people have already registered, it cannot be changed/deleted. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    That's not good! The only package events we've done so far were ones where you have to sign up for all the events in the series, but we are just about to set up a new package where people can pick and choose the events.


    Did you ever get resolution to this problem? Did you reach out to chat support to see if they could help?

    Unfortunately, I do not have permissions to use the chat feature, so I was hoping someone from the Discussions board knew how to fix it... Thanks for the suggestion, though! I'll keep digging to see if I can find the answer!

    Hi Macy,


    Did you try changing your on-sale information?  I think I may have had a similar problem this summer and I changed the on-sale period ends to something like a million minutes after start for the sales methods we were using.

    Hmm that sounds like it might be the solution! The date limit was set correctly but I don't recall the minutes aspect of building the package. I'll look around and see if I can edit it retroactively. Thanks so much for the hint!

    I had to add a couple of registrants after an event and the best way was to change the minutes. I wish they had an option to change it to hours and days! I also had to put down like a million minutes.
