Reviewer Portal Issue

Hello, Is anyone having trouble using the Reviewer Portal?  When I send either an email request to create a new account to a first time user or an email to a already established user asking them to click the link to access the reviewer portal, the link shows a message that reads, access denied,  please contact your reviewer connect lead for assistance.  I've been using the portal for a few years and never had this problem before and am hoping to find a resolve.

    We are not receiving other reports of this. It sounds like a good case for the helpdesk. Please contact them to open a case.
