[API Question] How to work around the lack of "Head of household" flag when accessing constituent data using SKY API

We are developing some automated solutions and don't want to send constituents of the same residence multiple copies of acknowledgement letters. We know that the Head of household flag doesn't show up in constituent data. Has anyone implemented some sort of work-around or have any suggestions?

    Were you able to find a workaround for this? We are encountering the same challenge. Seeing that the Relationship table has two rows per relationship, we need to identify the Head of Household for our Salesforce integration to know which is the primary contact.
