Limitation in RE NXT/SKY API

We found a limitation in the RE NXT/SKY API that will affect constituent lookup.


While a lookup by Donor ID is supported in RE NXT/SKY API, a lookup by name or address is not supported


Am I just missing something or looking in the incorrect place?

    Hi Sheila,


    Do a search of the Community by "Constituent search" and you will likely find your answer; there is currently no means to retrieve a single Constituent record by anything other than its Constituent ID, which is not the old Raiser's Edge 7 string value, but what we would have referred to in RE7 as the System Record ID. (The current Lookup ID is the old Constituent ID. And there are quite a few posts about this confusion as well.)
