Import Function Under Administration Doesn't Work


The import function under Administration tab does not work. It will not load. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I need to import a list of constiuents for our annual appeal. I've been asking for assistance on this since Sept. 14th and still no response. Hello....anyone there?

     Ray Bergman - I contacted support over 2 weeks ago and haven't had any resolution yet. That is why I reached out to this forum to see if others are experiencing similar issues.
