Problems with WebPortal

Is anyone else having problems with WebPortal? We were instructed by a Customer Support Associate to clear our cache and restart our computers...no luck. Our employees are unable to complete requisitions.  The page just freezes. We are using Chrome.

  • We had similar problems last week, but clearly cache worked for us.

  • YES!  I've had pretty consistent problems.  Create a case and have engineers look at it.  They had to recreate my account app pool, whatever that means.  It's been perfect since then.
  • We had the same issue, but clearing the their cache worked for all of our users that were affected.
