i-wave integration with RE NXT

I'm trying to get i-wave intergrated with our RE NXT and having a lot of difficulties as the instructions provided by i-wave doesn't match what is on RE NXT. For example under control panel there is no applications.


I've attached the instructions provided by i-wave to this thread.


Could someone please help me with this.

    Hi Carrie,


    This forum is really targeted at those people developing custom solutions for RE so it is unlikely that you will find somebody who can answer the specifics of this integration. However, the reason that you do not see applications is because you need to be an environment admin in order to see that menu entry. You should ask somebody at your org who has those rights.


    Probably best to contact their support otherwise (support@iwave.com)

    Blackbaud told me to post on this forum as support couldn't help me. 


    I have full admin access on RE NXT so not sure what environment admin is.

    If there is no designated environment admin at your org, Blackbaud Support team should be able to help set one for you.

    Carrie is this new?  I had no idea iWave could integrate with RE, is there an extra fee if you get it to work?

    Depending on what iwave subscription package you purchased, it may already be included in your pricing/contract.  

    With the Starter or Professional package, the iwave DMS/CRM Integration is a add-on, for an additional cost of $1,250.00 p/y.
