Cannot print using IE from FENXT - bbmicr.ttf font does not render

Has anyone had issues printing checks in FENXT? We have a user that tries to print a paper check in FENXT using IE (which is the only browser that works with the "print" icon button), but when she prints the check out, the bbmicr.ttf font that is installed on her machine does not get invoked so the MICR line is in standard Times New Roman or some font like that. We do sometimes have issues at or organization just using IE and it could be her permissions on her computer to access the font OR it could be browser clog. fyi - for some reason our IT dept decided to not let users clear their cache in IE, all other browsers they can, which is odd. They claim it is for tracking what employees "do" while using IE.

Anyone have this issue and/or know how to solve it? Thanks.

We have issues printing checks from the database view.

Hi Lisa - Thanks for response. We are good printing from database view, it's just trying to print in FENXT is finicky with the version of IE and permissions to use the bbmicr.ttf font that gets installed.

Instead of printing directly, export the checks as a PDF file, and then print the PDF file instead.

I use this option of exporting to PDF and then printing but the printing is not as accurate as it is in database view. I would like this issue to be looked at because we would love to rely on NXT instead of having to use either work arounds or going back to database view.
