API Stability

We are getting random failures from the API where it just stops responding and times out on random request we send it.


The picture is just one instance. The BB support is redirecting me here.


I have a team of software engineers currently programming a custom made Gift portal that integrates directly with the API. We are in the final QA phase and the more traffic we send to the API the more timeout we are getting.


The implementation is sequential so that we are not going over the 5 calls limit and we are way below our 25000 daily request limit.

    Sorry for the late response. I checked the Support case that you had submitted and it looks like it's still open. If the Support team is able to replicate the issue they will engage with the right engineering team to look into it.

  • Hi,


    Yes the response delays are not consistent and often go above 10 seconds which creates errors in the process. This was reproduced using the SKYAPI console and delivered to the team through the support case.
