Tribute Tab and Luminate

About two months ago, several optional modules were added to our records without our request. The biggest issue is the Tribute module & its integration with Luminate. We had it set up so that donor comments and tribute information flowed right into a gift batch for easy mail merges. We do not need or want a record created for the tributee as many of them are pets (we are a humane society).We now have to go back and delete the tributee record as well as manually reenter a lot of the donation information. Since we are heading into the holiday season, we really don't need the extra work.


We also do not need or want Membership as it causes a popup every time we enter a gift that meets some unknown criteria.  However, I can live with that but not the Tribute issues.


So far, there is not good explanation or fix.  Anyone else experiencing this?
