Feedback on SKY

So what is the best way to start communicating feedback on the new SKY interface as we start to use it? I'm encountering lots of little issues I'd like to share feedback on, but they're not really ticket-worthy, if that makes sense? Things like the save buttons not being visible unless you know to scroll on the outer frame instead of the record.  That kind of thing. I don't think I've seen anything where we can start to provide that kind of feedback, but perhaps I missed it?

    I've been submitting all of my bug finds, issues, and feedback via chat with support. They've not directed me elsewhere so I keep doing just that.

  • Whelp, Chat told me to submit enhancement requests, which doesn't seem quite right for bugs either, so I guess I'll see if anyone from Blackbaud weighs in, since Chat turned me away... you obviously have been hitting different agents, Jen! :)

    Hey Jennifer, sorry you got re-directed.  I saw this question and asked someone internally what the best route was that they confirmed:


    "the chat help desk feature is still the best - that is how we are tracking things and getting them into the revision queue"
